There is a thousand years worth of empirical data and at least a decade's price of scientific research that fully supports an array of health claims about the benefits of drinking godetox. Green tea is very similar to monochrome teas. The gap, however, is in how every type of teas are processed. Unlike other teas that lose plenty of their health benefits via a fermentation processing method, these tea leaves are steamed and withered, allowing them to retain a larger concentration of antioxidants called catechins. It really is these catechins that set this tea apart from all others and can make it a superior health (and weight loss) product.

1000's of years of historical observation and up to date scientific studies apparently show strong evidence that drinking this sort of tea lowers cholesterol and prevents (or at least deters) some forms of cancer. This evidence indicates that it assists in easing blood clots; helps prevent atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries); really helps to prevent cardiovascular disease and; helps to prevent diabetes.

It is the weight loss benefits of the tea, however, that's the subject informed. Although people have already been drinking this form of tea for over a thousand years, it is just recently that the connection has been made between its consumption and shedding pounds. If you have any doubt that the connection has recently been firmly made, just do an internet search and consider all the products containing teas extracts which are now available on the market. Not only that but there are thousands of web pages touting people's personal weight loss success with all the tea.

There has been studies completed in Europe plus the Orient that have shown clear evidence that drinking the tea or taking a supplement containing a concentrated form of the extract in the tea causes weight-loss. The European study indicated that those who drank the tea lost a lot more than those who dieted with no tea and they came to the conclusion how the antioxidants within the tea caused a boost in fat oxidation (it increased the getting rid of of fat cells). Japan study also indicated that the extracts from the tea were related to fat reduction as, in that study, those that took the greatest amount of the extract lost probably the most weight, had the best improvement in their cholesterol levels and saw their blood pressure level reduced.

Empirical data (stories told by people like you and me) reveal that drinking this type of tea (or having a supplement containing an extract in the tea) is almost a miracle drug so far as losing weight is worried. Of course whenever you rely on what somebody else tells you a wholesome dose of cynicism is necessary but there are just quite a few people claiming great diet benefits on their behalf all to become bogus. Again, perform a web search or visit some diet related forums and judge for yourself.

Should you be looking to lose weight otherwise you are already on a weight loss program but you want to boost that plan, try adding a couple of cups of the tea per day and see what happens. At the very least, scientific data says that you will be healthier for it. At best, you'll become another proponent of drinking teas for weight loss.
